At age 27, Chris was diagnosed with Stage IIIc Colon Cancer and had 1/ 3 of his large intestine removed. He was instructed to do 9 – 12 months of chemo. The downside it would only give him a 60% chance of surviving another 5 years.
After getting over the shock and confusion … and probably some fear, he turned to God. He read in Scripture that “God works all things for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Chris loved God.
He took the first step and that was to believe God’s promise. He believed God would take this bad thing and turn it into something good. And that He did. Chris is now completely cancer free and has been free for the past 20 years. No reoccurrences.
Chris realized that “the body creates cancer and the body can heal cancer naturally.”
Although he was deeply afraid, he chose to listen to his instincts and intuition and change his life around. He trusted that God would lead the way. Chris has two beautiful daughters, and he says that if he took the traditional route, they would not have a dad right now.
