Lavender Essential Oils was the oil I started with. I did not like it initially but I really wanted some help with sleep at that time so I would diffuse it each night. Consequently, it did not take long for my body to adapt to it and actually love it. When I diffuse it at night, I can feel my body taking in the aroma and beginning to relax for a restful night sleep.
Also, if I’m in the midst of a very stressful situation and I feel like my blood pressure is rising, I take the bottle of Lavender and breath it in about 3 times. Within minutes I am relaxed and I can feel my blood pressure lowering.
