Do you know aromas can trigger a brain response?  Being that they do, you want to be sure the aromas you are inhaling are safe.  That’s why it’s critical you know where your essential oils are coming from.

  • Are you able to see the GCMS reports on each oil from the company you are using?
  • Does the Company get the roots, leaves, flowers, bark, etc. from the Country that best grows it?

This is why I say NEVER get your Essential Oils from a Big Box store … especially if they are cheap.  If they are cheap, they are probably filled with fillers.

Your brain is one of the most important organs in your body.  It operates as a “conductor” and a perfect one at that by orchestrating and coordinating the communication between all the systems of your body.  Your brain controls how you think, how you act and how you move or function.

If your brain is dysfunctional in specific parts, it can contribute to many problems such as:

  • Fatigue
  • Brain Fog
  • Memory Loss
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Lack of Focus
  • Lack of motivation
  • Irritability

How can our brain become dysfunctional?  There are a few issues to consider that can contribute to brain dysfunction.

  • Increased continual stress.
  • Lack of sleep or no restorative sleep.
  • Blood sugar imbalances.
  • Chronic inflammation internally.
  • Environmental Toxins.
  • Untreated pathogens.

All these factors individually or in combination can affect the health of your brain.  But the good news is your brain can repair itself.  It’s called neuroplasticity.  Here is a definition from the National Institute of Health (NIH).

It is defined as the ability of the nervous system to change its activity in response to intrinsic or extrinsic stimuli by reorganizing its structure, functions, or connections after injuries, such as a stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI)

Essential Oils are “essential” for your brain health

Essential Oils are “essential” for your brain health because they have access to get past your blood brain barrier as conventional drugs do not.  Because Essential Oils are fat-soluble they are very beneficial to enhance brain function.

One of the best ways to use Essential Oils for your brain is obviously through inhalation.  But you can also apply a drop or two to the back of your neck, behind your ears (never in your ears or eyes) and on your temples.

So, let’s have some fun with these Essential Oils.  Here is a downloadable link to several Diffuser Blend options.  Diffuser Blend Options Try them out and let me know which one, two or three are your favorite.
