It’s here.  We’ve just ended the summer months and are transitioning into fall.  Even though fall is not officially here, to me when we step into September, it’s fall.  So, what is instore for you this fall?  Any new projects, careers, relationships or simply crafting ideas.

I have a new project in my Business that I am excited about … actually a few.  Very shortly I will be starting a PODCAST/Video Weekly Series teaching you about building a strong immune system.  Why is this important?  With a strong immune system, you will physically and emotionally be able to fight off any microscopic virus that might become active in your body.  Even if the virus causes some symptoms and you get sick, a strong immune system will help fight it and bring on a quicker recovery.

The Weekly teaching is called …

Giving You a Fresh Start!

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by understanding not only what changes to make in our body but also how to start.  That’s where my teachings will come into play.  I will help you have a Fresh Start” without criticism or condemnation.  If you make a mistake, that’s ok.  Just pick up and start again with a Fresh Start”

No matter how many times you fail, you can just start again.

Building a strong immune system has many aspects that need to be looked at in order to help you build that strong and robust immune system.  What is so important to understand is that God created our bodies so magnificently intelligent that it can heal itself if it has the right tools to do that.  What are those tools to consider?

  • What are you putting in your body?
  • What are you putting on your body?
  • What are you cleaning your home with?
  • What is your sleep schedule like … is it restorative?
  • What do you do to manage your stress?
  • What are your relationships like?
  • What is your career giving you?
  • What is your spiritual life like?
  • What is the condition of your finances?
  • What do you do for physical activity?
  • What is your home environment like?
  • What do you do to have fun in your life?
  • What do you do to release your God-given creativity?

Each week I will teach you what could be contributing to an unhealthy immune system.  I will also give you the tools to make those changes.  Are they the same for everyone?  Absolutely NOT!!!  We are bio-individuals and what works for me will not necessarily work for you.  But with my help and guidance, I will teach you how to get in tune with your body so you will be able to determine what your body needs for healing and strengthening your immune system.

As I envision helping you create that strong immune system, I see each of us as a garden.  When we want to plant a garden, we first need to recognize what might be the weeds.  Because sometimes there can be something that looks like a weed but is a beautiful flowering plant.  When I first moved into my home back in 2007, the gardens around my home were so overgrown I couldn’t even see out the kitchen window which was at least 10 feet from the ground.  If you sat on the deck, you felt like you were in a forest, because the plants were over 6 feet from the top of the railings of the deck.

So, I hired a landscape company and had all these plants and shrubs pulled out.  This was in the fall.  When spring came the next year, I had 4 small plants popping up out of the ground.  I had no idea what they were and couldn’t even understand how they were there based on how overgrown that garden was.  I decided not to touch it and let it come up until I could determine and recognize what it might be.  Well would you know they were Daylilies.  A nice touch to the garden.  So glad I did not pull them out.  I still have these plants 14 years later and I have multiplied them many times.

The first step to our “garden” is recognizing what are the weeds in our life and then we need to pull them out.  Next, we will build the soil of our body in order to plant that which is good for our health.  Remember it’s not just about food.  There is so much more to having a healthy immune system than the food we eat, and we need to look at more than just our diets.

Once we begin planting that which is healthy, we need to “water” it.  We need to water it continually, so it nourishes our body.  If we ignore our gardens, they will get overgrown just like my home was when I moved in.

Can the journey be difficult?  I believe the process is simple but what can make it hard is breaking habits that we are so used to.  Habits can be hard to break, and it takes a decision and determination to change.  But I promise that once you start making these changes and you begin to feel your body respond positively (be it physical or emotional,) you will not want to go back to those habits you’ve adhered to for so long.

In the next week or so I will begin releasing these teachings and you will be able to view the videos on places like:

  • Rumble
  • Brighteon
  • Odysee
  • Youtube (Maybe. They do too much censoring on natural healing.)

You will be able to listen to these PODCASTS on:

  • iTune
  • Spotify
  • Android APP

And more

I will keep you posted and will send the link for the first PODCAST/Video that gets released.  In the meantime, have a great rest of the week and get your heart ready to consider the changes you will make to have a healthy and robust immune system.
